2 Scoops Impact Whey Protein – Vanilla flavour
2 Scoops Instant Oats
30ml Almond Milk
2 Tbs Desiccated Coconut
1) To a food processor add the protein, oats and 1 tbsp of coconut.
2) A drop at a time add the milk until a dough ball has formed (you may need a little more or less milk to reach the right consistency).
3) Split the dough ball into 8 pieces and roll them into small balls.
4) Roll all balls around in the desiccated coconut and place on a plate.
5) Once all balls are made leave in the fridge for 1-2 hrs to set.
